Once logged in, they can access all their Teams applications and tools, including joining or creating meetings. When their session is complete, users can securely log off, removing all personal user data from the device.

The ThinkSmart View Plus conveniently functions as a virtual reception, enabling staff to greet visitors and patients for contactless check-in via video calls. IT admins can easily enable Virtual Front Desk mode and configure contact information to route video calls directly to multiple assigned employees serving as virtual receptionists. When using hot desks or shared workspaces, keeping data secure and private across multiple employees is critical.
