Payment & Financing

Do you offer a payment plan, or must I fully pay for my device?

Yes, we offer a payment plan through Affirm- No hard inquiry on your Credit report-Interest free payment for the qualified applications.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards.

Shipping & Delivery

How soon can I expect my order?

Most US orders ship the same day if ordered by 2 PM CST with a 2 to 5 business days delivery, depending on your location.

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes, you can request a store pick, M-S, from 10 AM to 6 PM.  Please call the store at 952-681-2852 or email us at support@wamatek.com to arrange your pick-up.

Is shipping free?

Most orders qualify for free shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the US mainland and internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can exchange your order. In that case, the shipping fees will be charged to you.  We may charge up to 25% restocking fees for unpacked new items.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

We will charge a 15% restocking fee for unwanted orders and up to 25% for unpacked new items.

What is your return policy for online orders?

Returns may include a full refund or store credit. Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery. We provide a 90-day service or up to a three-year manufacturer warranty for designated computers; they are not refundable. Only devices experiencing a technical issue qualify for a full refund or exchange. If a return for any other reason, Wamatek will refund the total amount of the returned item (s) minus a 15% restocking fee. We may charge up to 25% restocking fees for unpacked new items.

What is your return policy for store purchases?

 Returns may include a full refund or store credit. Most hardware purchased may be returned for any reason within seven days of purchase. All devices come with a 90-day repair warranty for hardware or a one-year manufacturer warranty for designated computers. Computers are not refundable.  We may charge up to 25% restocking fees for unpacked new items.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it. We change our minds, too! While we wish we could, once an order is shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it.

Yes. We are committed to giving a second life to electronic devices for a cleaner planet.

Will you buy carrier-locked cell phones?

We only buy paid-off and unlocked cell phones.

Is an ID required for trade-in?

We require a valid government-issued document for trade-in.
