All renewed devices are fully functional and backed by a 90-day repair warranty.  We have three condition grades.

• Excellent: Appearance: Excellent   Screen: Few, faint minor scratches, only visible upon close inspection or viewing/rotating under light  Housing/bezel: Few, faint minor blemishes only visible upon close inspection.
• Good: Appearance: Heavy used  Screen: Few to several faint scratches. Housing/bezel: Several blemishes (scratches, scuffs) are visible upon quick inspection. Compared to the Excellent grade, the screen and the housing might show more signs of use.
• Fair:  Cosmetically, the device will have more pronounced, deeper scratches and scuffs, glass cracks, and may have screen LCD blemishes or dents and nicks, which are often found near ports, corners, or edges but do not affect the functionality of the phone. These devices have been priced at the lowest amount to help you save money.
