Wamatek Shipping & Store Pick-Up Policy

1. Free Shipping Policy

  • Free standard shipping is available on qualified orders within the U.S.
  • Expedited shipping is not included in the free shipping policy and will be charged at the full shipping rate.
  • To request expedited shipping, please email support@wamatek.com with your order details, preferred shipping method, and desired delivery date.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Wamatek ships within the U.S. and to most international destinations.
  • Shipping options and delivery times may vary based on the destination.

3. Standard Delivery (U.S. Mainland)

  • Delivery time: Up to 5 business days for in-stock items, subject to payment clearance.
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday-Friday, will be processed the next business day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Holidays: Orders are not processed or shipped on U.S. holidays.
  • Delivery Requirements:
    • Someone must be available to receive the package.
    • An adult signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Damaged Shipments:
    • If your package arrives damaged, you must sign for it as damaged.
    • Claims may not be valid without noting damage at the time of receipt.
    • All damage-related inquiries must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours.

4. Express Delivery (U.S. Mainland)

  • Delivery time: 1-2 business days for in-stock items.
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM CT will be processed for same-day shipment, subject to payment clearance.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Delivery Requirements:
    • Someone must be available to receive the package on either of the delivery days.
    • An adult signature is required upon delivery.
  • Damaged Shipments:
    • Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged.
    • Claims may not be valid without proper documentation at the time of delivery.
    • Report all damage-related inquiries to Customer Service within 48 hours.

5. Tracking Your Order

If your tracking information is unavailable within the expected time frame, please contact our Customer Service team at support@wamatek.com.

5.1 Tracking Availability

  • Standard Shipping (Registered Airmail):
    • Tracking updates are usually available within 24 hours after shipment.
    • Please allow one business day before checking for status updates.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Tracking updates are available within 24 hours after shipment.

6. Store Pick-Up

Wamatek offers convenient store pick-up for online orders.

6.1 Pick-Up Location & Hours

  • Location: 9701 Valley View Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55344
  • Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

6.2 How to Arrange a Pick-Up

  • Contact us via email at support@wamatek.com or call 952-681-2852 to schedule your pick-up.
  • Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation for verification.
  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification that the order is ready.
