Our process

• Our trained technicians will carefully open up the device by removing any screws necessary holding the case in place
• The screws are set aside and cleaned for later use while the damaged case is recycled
• We will inspect the internals to make sure no extra damage has occurred to the internals due to the old case 
• Once we declared everything is safe, we will prep the new case and screw it back carefully and properly

Our process

• Our trained technicians will attentively and carefully assist and assemble your brand new computer with your parts and case
• Starting with the motherboard, parts associated with the motherboard will be carefully placed intact such as CPU, CPU Cooler (if applicable), RAM, and SSD storage (if applicable)
• The motherboard will then be slotted into the case housing as well as the PSU, GPU (if applicable), cooling systems, and HDD storage (if applicable)
• Once all the available components are slotted into their respective housing, we will then attentively assure all parts are properly connected to motherboard and PSU
• We will then ensure that all cables are managed in a well organized manner to support air flow for our cooling systems
• After everything is properly put into place, we will double check the system to ensure no steps and components were missed
• Once it passes the double check, we can turn the PC on and install necessary device drivers to ensure it’s all ready to go when you exit our doors

Our process

• Our trained technicians will open up the device by carefully removing any screws to expose the underside internals of the device
• The screws and case is then cleaned and set aside for late reassembly
• Components that must be removed prior to accessing the keyboard will be carefully removed and set aside for later reassembly
• Once the keyboard is exposed, precision tools are used to carefully remove any screws,rivets, or flex cables holding the keyboard in place
• The old keyboard is then removed and recycled while the new keyboard is checked for compatibility and prepped for installation
• The new keyboard is carefully placed into the housing and new screws are used to install the keyboard, necessary flex cables are then reconnected properly
• Previous components are then carefully reassembled into the housing in an orderly manner to ensure no errors occur
• We will then run a diagnostic test to ensure the keyboard functions as brand new, testing each individual key and responsiveness

Our process

• Our trained technicians will open the device by carefully removing the case and setting it aside, exposing the internals and hinges holding the screen in place
• Flex cables associated with the screen will carefully be disconnected as well as the screws holding the hinges in place
• Once the flex cables and hinges are free, we will attentively separate the screen from the internals housing
• A brand new screen is inspected to ensure quality and prepped for installation
• The new screen is carefully slotted into the housing, attentively reconnecting all flex cables, hinges, and previously removed components
• We will then run a diagnostic test to ensure full functionality of the screen including colors, responsiveness, and brightness

Our process

• Our trained technicians will open the device by carefully removing the case exposing the internals
• The case is set aside for later reassembly
• Components that must be removed prior to the battery will be carefully removed and set aside for later reassembly
• Once the battery is exposed, the flex cable is attentively removed and a small amount of glue remover will be applied to loosen the battery
• After the glue is loose the battery will be removed and the housing is properly cleaned of any residue to prep for the new battery
• A brand new battery is then slotted into the housing with newly applied glue to keep it in place
• Necessary flex cables and screws are carefully reconnected 
• Previous components are then reassembled into the housing in an orderly manner to ensure no errors occur
• We will then run a diagnostic test to ensure the battery is functioning properly such as discharge rate, charging, and overheating 

Our process

• Our trained technicians will ask for your permission to turn on the device and access the main files and functions of the PC
• We will scan the pc to find the applications (stated or non-stated) causing issues and assist in removing any harmful apps
• Once the harmful apps are removed, we will reboot the device and run a diagnostic test to ensure device is running properly and efficiently

Our process (Laptop)

• Our trained technicians will open the device by carefully removing the case exposing the internals
• The case is set aside for later reassembly
• Components that must be removed prior to accessing the CPU cooler and fans will be carefully removed and set aside for later reassembly
• Once the CPU cooler is exposed, all necessary flex cables and screws will properly and attentively be removed and set aside for later 
• The new CPU cooler and fan is then prepped for installation
• Once the new CPU cooler is slotted into the housing, flex cables and screws are then properly reconnected
• Previous components are then reassembled into the housing in an orderly manner to ensure no errors occur
• We will then attempt to power on the device to make sure everything working properly, from there we will then run a diagnostic test to ensure core functions are stable and not overheating

Our process (Desktop PC)

• Our trained technicians will open up the PC case from the side panel to access the internals of the PC
• Once the motherboard is exposed, the CPU cooler and fans are unscrewed and any cables are carefully disconnected
• After we ensure all connections are disconnected, we will pull the CPU cooler out of the case and prepare our brand new CPU cooler for installation
• We will then clean any thermal paste residue off of the CPU to clean and prep for new CPU cooler
• Before we install the new CPU cooler, a new drop of thermal paste will be applied to the CPU to ensure proper cooling with the new CPU cooler
• Once it is slotted into the housing, all screws and cables are properly reconnected as well as the side panel
• We will then turn on the PC to and run a diagnostic test to ensure that the PC is properly running at optimal temperatures and efficiently

Our process

• Our trained technicians will ask for the exact model of your motherboard to ensure that proper drivers are installed
• Once correct drivers are pulled from the web, we will run the setup process and execute the install
• If any issues occur, our team of technicians will be on hand to resolve and sort any problems with the install

Our process (Desktop PC)

• Our trained technicians will open up the PC case from the side panel to access the internals of the PC
• Once the motherboard is exposed, we will carefully remove the RAM from the assigned slots on the motherboard
• We will then prep the new RAM and slot them in using channels 1 and 3 or 2 and 4 to ensure the most efficient use of the RAM
• After the replacement, we will then attempt to turn on the PC and run a memory test to ensure there are no issues with the new RAM 

Our process

• Our trained technicians will open up the PC case from the side panel to access the internals of the PC
• Once the fans are exposed, we will then remove any screws and cables holding them in place
• Setting the old components aside, we will inspect the size of the new fans to make sure they fit properly in the housing
• After the inspection, we will then slot the fans into the housing and carefully reconnect any cables and screws
• We will then turn the PC on and run a diagnostic test to make sure the PC is operating at normal temperatures and not overheating
