The Ambir ESA program adds (1) additional year of Warranty Coverage to your eligible Ambir scanner and provides 2nd Business Day advanced replacement for your covered Ambir scanner should scanner replacement be needed. The Ambir ESA program is only available to customers located in the continental United States.

• Warranty Extension; Takes your standard Ambir Warranty (2 or 3 years depending on the product family) and adds (1) additional year of coverage.


• Expedited Advance Unit Replacement


• Should your under warranty Ambir scanner require replacement, the ESA will provide you advanced 2nd Business Day product replacement* along with a call tag to return the non-working scanner. *(Continental US ONLY & a maximum of (2) replacements per year/per unit)


• Robust US Support ;Ambir ESA customers get access to our US Based support team, remote trouble-shooting support, and advanced 2nd Business Day* product replacement if needed. . *(Continental US ONLY & a maximum of (2) replacements per year/per unit)


• Increased Coverage - Less Down Time ; Having an ESA gives customers the peace of mind knowing their hardware purchase will have extended factory warranty coverage and any product failures will be replaced in 2 Business Days. *(Continental US ONLY & a maximum of (2) replacements per year/per unit)
