We do! On in-store purchases only. Visit our store in Eden Prairie, MN to take advantage of this program.

All new customers that place an order with us may be sent an email to verify their identity. Once completed and verified the order will be shipped. The verification process typically happens within hours of identity completion. This is a one-time process. Future orders will not require this verification step.

Absolutely. We do not share or sell anyone’s information because we understand how important your information is to you.

We only buy devices that are unlocked for cash and trade-in.

One of the things that would never happen at Wamatek is for us to sell you a stolen phone. We buy our phones from the largest distributors and wireless companies in the world and the devices we buy through our trade-in program are systematically vetted.

This depends on your location and the shipping method you selected. We ship orders out by the end of the next business day, except for those Apple iPhone and Samsung models that require additional processing and handling time. Please look at the handling time listed on the product page you are ordering for further details. Our average handling time is 3 to 10 business days. Expedited shipping is paid by the buyer.

Great question. All orders typically qualify for free shipping, except for international shipping. The only way you pay for shipping is if you select a faster method of shipping or live outside of the mainland US.

We offer store pick-up, FREE 3-7 day shipping and expedited next day or 2 day shipping for an additional cost. However, additional processing and handling time is needed for some Apple iPhone and Samsung models.

Return & Exchange Policy

In-Store Purchases: Devices purchased in-store may be returned within 14 days. Returns are only accepted for phones that are experiencing technical issues.

Online & Wholesale Orders: All online and wholesale purchases may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns may include a full refund or store credit.

​How to return your online order:

Option 1: In Store:
Bring the item to our Wamatek store.

Option 2: By Mail:

  • Have your invoice available. We will need the order date and number as well as the reason for the return.
  • We will issue you a return label.
  • Place the return label on the original packaging and drop it in any USPS mailbox.

Additional Information:

  • Once we receive your device a refund will be initiated immediately. Refunds will be issued to the
    original payment method and will reflect in your bank account within 3-7 days from the date completed.
  • If a promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase your refund will be for the actual
    amount paid at the time of purchase.
