Return & Exchange Policy
In-Store Purchases: Devices purchased in-store may be returned within 14 days. Returns are only accepted for phones that are experiencing technical issues.
Online & Wholesale Orders: All online and wholesale purchases may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns may include a full refund or store credit.
How to return your online order:
Option 1: In Store:
Bring the item to our Wamatek store.

Option 2: By Mail:

- Have your invoice available. We will need the order date and number as well as the reason for the return.
- We will issue you a return label.
- Place the return label on the original packaging and drop it in any USPS mailbox.
- Once we receive your device a refund will be initiated immediately. Refunds will be issued to the
original payment method and will reflect in your bank account within 3-7 days from the date completed.
- If a promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase your refund will be for the actual
amount paid at the time of purchase.
