Return & Exchange Policy
Online Orders: Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns may include a full refund or store credit. We provide a 90-day service or one-year manufacturer warranty for designated computers; they are not refundable. For specific product warranties, contact our team at support@wamatek.com.
In-Store Purchases: Most hardware purchased may be returned for any reason within seven days of purchase with a receipt. All devices come with a 90-day repair guarantee.
How to return your online order:
Option 1: In Store:
Bring the item to our Wamatek store.

Option 2: By Mail:

- Have your invoice available. We will need the order date and number and the reason for the return.
- We will issue you a return label.
- Place the return label on the original packaging and drop it in any USPS mailbox.
Additional Information:
- Once we receive your device, a refund will be initiated immediately. Refunds will be issued to the
original payment method and reflected in your bank account within 3-7 days from the date completed. - If a promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, your refund will be for the actual
amount paid at the time of sale.
