VE170RQ is the long distance receiver of the VE170 series Audio / Video extending system, it connects to a VE170T over standard CAT5e cabling [ sheilded recommended ] to a maximum distance of 1000ft. and a maximum video resolution of 1920x1200 @ 60Hz. To ensure the highest quality of video, the VE170RQ has three manual adjustments to compensate for the time shift between the Red, Green, and Blue color channels that occurs beyond 500 ft.
